Change your mindset!

If you want to make money at home and stay with your baby, you have got to change your idea of money and how to make it.

I can give you all the ideas in the world on how to make money, but if you just sit there with your excuses, you will stay in whatever situation it is that you don’t want to be in.

Money is just a tool of exchange to get something else. Money can be anything. These are some examples of money:

A friend of mine who was involved in cabinetry work went to the doctor to get a vasectomy, you know, where the men get clipped in order to not have any more babies.

Through conversation my friend found out that the doctor really wanted some new cabinets and counters in his house. Well my friend, being in the cabinetry business, offered to put in new counters and cabinets for the doctor in exchange for the surgery.

Another guy that I know is a fitness trainer. His wife was having their baby through my midwife. Instead of paying for the midwife’s services with money, he offered to give her personal fitness training for a year. She accepted.

You can do the same thing.

Just think about what you know how to do that someone would want in exchange for what you want.

Offer to cook dinner for someone in exchange for their babysitting service instead of paying cash.

You have a skill that can open up opportunities for you! Everyone does!

Whatever it is that you can do, that you think is simple, find a way to increase that skill set, because guaranteed there is someone out there who doesn’t know how to do what comes easily to you.

And the same goes for making money online in order to stay home with your baby.

You can turn your knowledge into cash because on the internet, content= cash.

When you were looking to find the best car seat for your baby, did you find yourself looking on the internet to see which was the best?

If you have some type of physical symptom, do you find yourself looking up that symptom on the internet in order to find the solution?

In order to make money online you need something to sell: information, items (products), a service.

Something.

No matter how desperate you are to make money and stay at home with your baby, don’t be so vulnerable as to fall for anything though.

Get rid of desperation because that will give you the mindset of trying to make a lot of money tomorrow.

Probably not gonna happen.

Instead, here are a few things you need in order to make the money that you desire and reach your goal of staying home with your kids……or whatever your goal may be:

Discipline

Capital

Vision

Time

Belief

Have the discipline to stick with whatever you decide to do until it works out, especially if everyone else around you is succeeding doing the same thing.

Don’t give it a try and if it works it works, if it doesn’t it doesn’t. Do your best to make it work. Go at it everyday just like you would if you were going out and working for somebody else everyday.

Capital. I hate to say it, but unless you have a job, you are going to have to have a little money to invest if you are going to start anything.

How are you going to make and sell Barbie doll clothes without investing money into buying the materials to make the clothes?

So don’t use your very last in order to make money, because you never know how long it’s going to take you to get up and running and to being profitable.

Vision/belief. See the end. See yourself where you want to be. This is really powerful. You have to see yourself in whatever position it is you want to be in and imagine it. Be specific.

If you want $5000 a month, see the actually dollar amounts being deposited into your bank account or checks being mailed to you.

And believe that it can happen.

And lastly, you need time. You have to have the necessary time to give to making yourself reach your goal. Do something every day, well you could probably take the weekends off, but do something everyday in order to reach that goal that you imagined.

The good thing about being online is that it doesn’t cost a lot of money to start. Nor do you need to put in 40 hours a week to get the ball rollin.

Sorry to make this letter so long, but what happened to all of those goals and ambitions that you had as a child?
